...knowing that some of the people I call friends actually act accordingly. It's sad I can't say the same about all of them.
On a less depressing note, I had a training course today on maintaining a "Respectful Workplace". It went through the ins and outs of various types of harassment, discrimination and what I as an employee can do about it. It was not bad, ran a little on the long side (3 whole hours) but other than that it contained some good information.
I also was able to get out for lunch with Stacey and Ann. Finally went to the "Spice Lounge/Cafe". Highly enjoyable, they make a mean Tom Yum noodle soup. That was the start of a very -lax afternoon of work. Managed to prepare an AFE for a $135,000 project. Good stuff!
I'm a little worried about tomorrow though. Friday is going to be really rough around the edges.
